My name is Scott Gravlee. I am a Alabama based filmmaker, photographer, archivist, Eagle Scout and overall nerd. I wear a lot of hats. I got my start shooting photo and video in a video production class I took in high school. I started archiving media as a need for my video projects and my love of history and old technology.
I’ve shot videos for the University of Alabama, city governments, musicians, events, non profits, political candidates and advertising agencies. My photos have hung in art galleries, art museums and have been published in newspapers, phonebooks, magazines and other print media. I enjoy shooting a hybrid of 35mm film and digital consisting of various themes including landscapes, events such as concerts, festivals and anything in between. I also occasionally shoot stock footage.
